So, I read something about creating goals and short term incremental goals, and yes I've read this all before, and I know it, but I haven't done it lately, so here goes...
Long Term Goal:
I would like to have lost at least 10 pounds by June 1, 2011. (17 weeks from today.)
Short Term Goal #1:
I would like to have lost at least 2.5 pounds by March
